UI Design
Structuring an MVP from an initial idea, with definition of flows, architecture and a prototype for validation.
01 - About
02 - Decisions
Before moving on to the interface, I defined the complete product architecture through a sitemap and flows.
Impact
Greater clarity in the proposal and alignment with the client from the start.
Based on market references, we structured a visual direction clean and objective, suited to the B2B context.
Impact
Greater consistency in the presentation for investors.
03 - Context
Validation took place directly with the client throughout the process:
Adjustments to the flows based on business vision
Iterations on the screens in line with the references provided
Progressive approval up to the construction of the final prototype
The result was a navigable prototype ready for presentation.
04 - Impact
The project resulted in a structured MVP, with defined flows and an interface validated for presentation to investors.
Although the product did not progress after that stage, the work achieved its goal of turning an idea into a tangible solution.
05 - Results
Structuring a product from scratch requires clarity before execution
Sitemaps and flows are essential in highly uncertain scenarios
Not every project reaches production, but it still generates strategic learning
